Today we had to get up extra early becouse we were going to Manhattan :) We went by bus and Terri showed us some places, and then we went to Central Park, where we walked for an hour.
I have to say I got really suprised to see turtles in the lake/pond! haha
This is a memorial place for John Lennon in Central Park called strawberrie fields.
After that we went to 5th avenue where we had three hours free time. So first we did some shopping in stores like Victora's secret and Forever 21 and then we walked to Times Square! It was really cool and big!
We were supposed to leave at 1.30 but two girls where late so we didn't leave until they got back an HOUR later. Becouse of that we didn't have time to stop in Chinatown wich I think would have been more fun than waiting. When we finally left we went to a pier and on the way we passed by ground zero where they are now building a few new big buildings! By the Pier there were some nice stores too, but we only stayed an hour. After that we went back to campus to shower and eat dinner and then we ended the night with watching a movie together!
